La organización de la WordCamp Barcelona 2016 te invita a que ayudes como voluntario/a el día del evento.

Con más de 300 asistentes en esta edición, necesitamos un gran equipo, y ayuda es bienvenida para hacer de esta WordCamp un evento perfecto.

Los voluntarios son nuestro personal de tierra. Son el primer contacto de los asistentes con el evento, ayudan a los ponentes a encontrarse cómodos, y ayudan a que esta WordCamp sea mejor que la anterior.

Como voluntario/a de WordCamp Barcelona:

• Podrás formar parte de la puesta en marcha de la WordCamp
• Serás una parte esencial los días del evento
• Compartirás tiempo con los organizadores y los ponentes
• Te encontrarás con visitantes de todas partes
• Recibirás una camiseta exclusiva sólo para voluntarios
• Tendrás cubiertos los gastos de tu entrada (que incluyen la comida de los dos días)

Con qué necesitamos ayuda durante el evento:

• Acreditaciones
• Entrega de camisetas
• Entrega de swag
• Ayuda en las horas de café y comida
• Avituallamiento
• Ayuda a los ponentes (sombras)
• Control de tiempo en salas
• Control de micrófonos en los turnos de preguntas en las salas
• Ayudar a los asistentes a ubicarse
• Logística general
• Ayuda audiovisual

Una vez te hayas apuntado como voluntario/a:

• Te añadiremos a nuestro equipo de voluntarios. También te pedimos en el formulario de registro como voluntario un número de teléfono, ya que las comunicaciones durante el evento las haremos por WhatsApp.
• Te asignaremos una serie de tareas durante los días del evento

Los voluntarios deberían estar en Barcelona el viernes 2 por la mañana temprano, a tiempo para conocer el lugar, conocer al resto del equipo, y comenzar con el registro de asistentes. Si por alguna razón vas a llegar más tarde y, aún así, quieres seguir participando como voluntario/a, hay un apartado especial en el formulario para ti.

WordCamp Barcelona 2016 organization team invites you to participate as a volunteer in the event.

With more than 300 assistants in this edition, we will need a big team, and people willing to help are more than welcome to make this WordCamp perfect.

Volunteers are our ground people. They are the first contact of the assistants with the event, they help speakers to be comfortable, and in the end, their help will make this WorCamp better that the one before.

As a volunteer of WordCamp Barcelona:

• You will be a part of the beginning of a WordCamp
• You will be an essencial part of it in the event days
• You will share value time with organizators and speakers
• You will find visitors from everywhere
• You will receive an exclusive volunteer t-shirt
• You will have a free ticket for the event, including coffe and lunch of the two days of event

Where do we need help during the event:

• Processing registration
• Handing out t-shirts
• Handing out swag
• Helping out at coffee and lunch time
• Helping out speakers (shadows)
• Time control in tracks
• Mic-runners for Q&A sessions in tracks
• Helping out assistants
• General logistics
• Audiovisual help

Once you are accepted as a volunteer:

• We will add you to our volunteer team. We also ask in our form for your telephone number. During the event, our communications will be done via WhatsApp.
• We will assign you a list of duties during the event.

Volunteers should be in Barcelona on December 2nd early in the morning, in time to meet the rest of the team, know the place, and begin with the registration.
